Pain Phoenix is committed to protecting your privacy and legal rights when dealing with your
personal information. This Privacy Notice intends to provide clear and understandable details about
the information we collect about you (or anyone you have provided us with information about), how
we use and protect it. It also provides information about your rights that relate to the data we
process.

Pain Phoenix will never share your personal details with anyone. If we ever needed to share your
details with a third party we would always discuss this prior and ask for your permission first.
You may receive email updates about our coaching activities and occasional promotional
information. We may also contact you via email or text message to confirm appointments.
We practice common sense cybersecurity requirements, such as locking screens when away from
them, ensuring operating systems updates are installed on release. Where possible, we use two
factor authentication and we ensure passwords are changed regularly on our systems.
All hard copy personal data collected about you is stored in secured cabinets with your personal
name. All information within any electronic devices is password protected.
As we are processing your personal data for provision of chronic pain coaching services, we will hold
your information in line with industry standard guidelines for retention of records. Data will then be
either shredded and/or permanently deleted from electronic devices. If you have any queries about
storage and processing of your data, please contact us.
