I’m Catherine and I specialise in neuroplastic pain and symptoms recovery coaching.

My approach is rooted in the science of neuroplasticity - the brain’s remarkable ability to re-organise itself and form new neural pathways. In the context of chronic pain or persistent symptoms, this means the nervous system can be trained to respond differently, reducing sensitivity and allowing healing.

If you’re struggling with ongoing pain or persistent symptoms that medical tests can’t explain, I know how overwhelming and exhausting that can feel - I’ve been there myself.

 

You may have tried everything, yet relief never seems to last. The encouraging truth is that while your symptoms are real, they are also reversible.

 

I guide people in recovering from neuroplastic pain and chronic symptoms through compassionate, evidence-based coaching. Together, we’ll take it step by step, exploring how the brain and nervous system contribute to chronic pain or symptoms, and how to restore trust in your body’s natural ability to heal.

 

Many people feel stuck, worried and discouraged that “this is just how life will be,” but when we understand that the brain can both create and unlearn pain, real and lasting change becomes possible.

 

Think of the nervous system as an overly sensitive car alarm - it can be recalibrated and reset.
